We build the connector, map your business rules and run test orders until they come out right.
Step 4
We switch it on in production. Your named person stays on, and we look after the connector from then on.

It also means the connector runs on Wherehouse like every other one, with your business rules on top, instead of a one-off script that breaks when someone leaves.
Most systems that can share stock and take orders, through an API, file exports or a database we can read. In-house ERPs, regional POS systems and 3PL portals all qualify. If yours can’t do any of those, we’ll tell you on the fit call.
Yes, on the Retail plan. There’s no build fee and no setup fee. You pay R4,799 a month once you’re live, plus any add-ons you choose.
The same promise as any other setup: syncing with your marketplaces within 14 days of giving us staging access, or your second month is on us.
We do. It runs on Wherehouse like every other connector, and we keep it working when your system or a marketplace changes.
