Seller Success Network review
β€œThe integration side has made our listing and fulfilment admin significantly lighter. But the part that actually matters day to day is the support. Every single issue we’ve brought to them has been resolved, and they stay with it until we’re happy, not until the ticket is closed.”

Supplier stock is useless if the marketplace still shows yours.

If Mustek availability lives in a file you import when you remember, you will sell units they no longer have. The supplier feed has to drive the same channels as your own warehouse.

Their stock, your channels

Mustek availability can back Takealot, Makro and your store alongside your own stock on hand.

Price off the live offer

Cost-based pricing can follow what Mustek is actually charging today.

Your stock first, then theirs

Sell what you hold, then fall back to Mustek when you run out. You set that rule.

Product data comes too

Attributes like brand and colour come in with the Mustek feed, so nobody retypes the catalogue.

How it runs

01

Connect Mustek

The supplier feed your team already buys from.

02

Connect the channels

Marketplaces and stores that should sell this availability.

03

Set the rules

Own stock first, markups, which SKUs are allowed.

04

Let it replenish itself

Availability and cost stay current without a weekly import.

πŸ’‘ Example price rule: add 25% to the Mustek cost on Takealot and round to end in R9. Each channel carries its own rule, so the price still covers that channel’s commission and fees.

Straight answers

Can we mix our own warehouse with Mustek stock?

Yes. Most distributors sell what they hold first, then fall back to Mustek when they run out. You choose which products and channels that rule applies to.

Do we need a reseller account with Mustek?

Yes. The feed runs on your own reseller account with Mustek, so it brings in your cost and their availability. No account yet? Speak to Mustek first, then book the call.

How do we add our markup?

With a price rule per channel. For example, add 25% to the Mustek cost on Takealot and round to end in R9. Each channel can carry its own rule, so commission and fees don't eat the margin.

How often does the Mustek feed update?

On a schedule, in the background. Stock and cost from Mustek stay current without a weekly import, and your store and marketplaces follow.

Where do the orders go?

Marketplace orders land in the store or ERP you already run, like every other order. Your team fulfils from your shelf, or orders from the supplier as it does today.

Which plan includes supplier feeds?

Retail, at R4,799 a month. It includes supplier feeds, setup done with you, a named person on your account and 2,500 orders synced a month with no overage.

Is there a setup fee?

No. A named person sets it up with you. We run test orders first, and nothing automatic goes live until those are right. Billed monthly, month to month.
